Fresh wreaths, garlands and centerpieces
Our greenery is fresh-cut and handmade to order by our team, so we can’t accept returns. Every order is covered by our freshness promise. If your greenery arrives damaged or not fresh, email us at corkandleaf@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Fresh greenery naturally sheds a few needles and changes color slightly over the season. That’s normal and isn’t considered damage.

Home décor and gifts
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Wrong address or missed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t replace orders that are delayed or lost because of an incorrect address or a package left unclaimed.
