What is your return policy? At Cork & Leaf we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to have a positive shopping experience. We will do our very best to make things right if you are not satisfied with the quality of our products.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for an item or items. To start the return process, please send us an email through the "Contact Us" tab, and remember to include your order number. Please note that items must be unused in order to be eligible for return.

How do I track my order? You can track your orders progress and delivery by clicking on Ttrack Order” link you received within the order confirmation email.

 Do you charge taxes? Taxes are calculated for each shipping address total based on the state to which the item(s) is shipped. We will add all applicable taxes to items shipped to AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.

 

How do I place an order? It's easy. First, click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your shopping cart enter the amount you wish to purchase into the “Quantity” box then click the “Add to Cart” button. Then follow the on-screen instructions to pay for your item.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards and secure online payment options. 

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed? If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the order status.

Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

What if an item is out of stock? If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for notifications to be informed when it's back in stock. We'll do our best to keep you updated on availability
